What are the dimensions of RecordWall-it?
The dimensions are 12 1/2 (W) x 13 1/4 (H) x 3/4 (D) inches. It fits all 12” album covers (not sleeves), including European covers. Each RecordWall-it can hold single and double albums.
What is RecordWall-it made of? Where is it made?
RecordWall-it is made of high quality unbreakable plastic. Lines on the frame are characteristics of the injection molding process and do not affect the functions of the product. RecordWall-it is proudly made in the U.S.A.
How do I install RecordWall-it on a wall? What tools do I need?
We have included 2 screws in the packaging. All you will need is a screwdriver and a level (optional) to install RecordWall-it on a wall. Please see our How It Works page for detailed directions.
When mounting the frames together vertically, leave an 1/8” gap between top and bottom frames for best visual result.
How can I use Recordwall-it to display a gatefold album?
The open frame concept of our product supports displaying a gatefold album when two frames are mounted side by side.
Where is the record post?
The record post is attached to the circular base of RecordWall-it. Simply break if off from the frame for use. When not in use, store it away from children.
How do I know the record post is secured on the frame?
The record post is secured on the frame by our Smart Interlocking System. When turning the post within the mounting hole on the frame 90 degrees right or left, it will be locked between the grooves built in the mounting hole. To detach the post, turn it 90 degrees to release it from the interlocking system.
Can I leave the record post on the frame while displaying an album?
Yes, you may. However, we suggest removing the record post from the frame as it may cause a slight dent on the album after an extended period of time.
I misplaced the record post, do you sell replacements?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a replacement post because each record post is built into the frame during the manufacturing process. Our best suggestion is to purchase another frame and share the post among them.
What are the precautions for handling the frame?
The only warning is to keep the screws and the record post away from children. Also, you may want to keep the display away from direct sunlight as it may damage the album or cause discoloration.
Does RecordWall-it come with a protective cover?
Our frame does not include a protective cover at this time. We are looking into the option of including this in our product line in the near future. Stay tuned!
What are the payment options to place an order?
You can use either a valid credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover® at no extra charge.
We utilize appropriate electronic and managerial procedures to guard our online customers’ personal information against unauthorized access and use, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect credit card data transmission during online purchases.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
We make every effort to ship your order within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Are there any retail stores selling RecordWall-it?
What if I received my order damaged?
In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please email us with a photo showing the damages. In the event the frame is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide an exchange.
What do you do with my personal information?
We collect personally identifiable information such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request, and only for that reason. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
What is your return policy?
You may return an unopened frame with all parts included within 7 days upon receipt for a refund. Simply email us with the reason for return. Upon receiving the return we will refund the amount of the product, not shipping (as shipping was used to get you your product.) Customers are responsible of taking care of the return shipping. We do not pay for the product to get back to us.
What is the cost of shipping?
For domestic orders shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 states, we offer a flat rate of $10 to our customers. Email us for shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
If you return a product for reasons other than a manufacturer’s defect, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Standard shipping is usually via USPS First Class Mail or Fedex Ground, and can take up to 10 days to receive.

How can I send my order to a friend or to an address different from my billing address?
Shipping your order to a different address is easy breezy. When filling out the billing address section upon check out, click on the box next to “Ship to a different address?” on the right. A new section will show up for you to fill out the desired shipping address. We strongly recommend this to be done through our order form instead of via PayPal transaction to avoid confusion.
